Cancellation right: You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to return: Email info@ohora.co with your order number. We will send you a return authorisation and the return address.

Condition of items: Items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty items: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact info@ohora.co and we will resolve it.
